Video on Human Rights
December 1st, 2008

When searching once the web for information on human rights I discovered the movie below. It visualizes quite simple but impressive what human rights are about:

"Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible." - United Nations Human Rights

The principle of non-discrimination is complemented by the principle of equality, as stated in Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights."
